We're considering using media image attachments via the Item Master screen (P4101) to store item hazard bitmap images that will be interfaced to a dispensing system so that they can be printed on labels.
If I attach images only, I can interrogate field TXVC on table F00165 to eventually determine the name and location of the bitmap image.
If I then add a text attachment to the same item the name and location of the bitmap is no longer visible.
My questions are
1. How can I access the name and location of the bitmap if a text attachment also exists?
2. If I can't easily acces this info, is there anyway I can secure the user form entering text attachments by, say, greying out the 'text' option on the attachment screen?
