If a user is working on a batch (P0011 - Voucher journal review)on the Portal ,then decide to quit the application and log out of OneWorld (they do this correctly), when they log back in again say after the weekend break the batch has gone into the status "IN USE" instead of "PENDING" as it's supposed to. No one else has looked at this batch since the user stopped using it. This happens sporadically with no real pattern, batches which should be pending are showing as inuse. Has anyone any ideas or should i wait unitl SP22 where I'm told there are loadsof fixes for Portal based problems. This problem does not occur when using a Fat Client machine![frown]
