Batch posting program goes in error when run on the server

We run our batch posting program (R09801) through scheduler. We are facing peculiar issue since last two weeks. The program posts the first batch and then it goes into error. The error message that appears on PDF is Business function EditBatchPost on line 308 has caused memory violation. We have built a full package and deployed the same but the problem remains. We have tried using a new version but with no result. However when we run the batch with jde debug log on, then all the batches get posted without any error. Any help on the issue will be highly appreciated.

You say this issue has been occuring for the past two weeks. I assume that before that, the scheduled post program was posting multiple batches without any problem. If this is the case, then something in your installation has changed. What has changed?
