Batch Insert/Update of Accounts

Frequently we have to create quite many new accounts and update the descriptions of existing account combinations. I wonder if the following can be done in batch, e.g. input in Excel and then import to JDE?

1. Add new accounts with descriptions.
2. Update the descriptions of existing account combinations.
