Barcode

Hi all. I'm new to the list, so I'll apologize in advance if this topic has already been covered. Can anyone enlighten me as to the best way to print out a barcode on a report? Can you only do it via a third-party package, such as CreateForm, or does Xe have this functionality?

My understanding is that Xe can print barcodes, as long as you set up the
font's correctly (this can depend on what type of printers you have,
Postscript or PCL). If you search the forum archives there is more detail
then I can offer.

This is an often-asked question. You could find this information by searching the forums, but here is info that will get you to the JDE document on how to do Barcodes in B733 cum2 and in Xe:

Get on the Knowledge garden, click search, click the "support" checkbox, type barcode and search. The third one down ("How to print barcodes in Oneworld") Is pretty useful. Some of the others are good too, but this is the one I found most helpful.
