BackOrder Release Batch Subsystem R42520

We are trying to use Back Order Release Batch program. - R42118 with subsystem processing turned on for pick slips (R42520). I am interested if anyone can accomplish this task. JD Edwards told me that the processing option is available, but the coding is not there to support this activity.

I could swear we had this working at one point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
