yes . is there any other solution regarding this ? or data need to run to appsvr?

You could also check the svm agent (and console) logs in E:\jde_home_1\SCFHA\ on the APPSVRand in C:\jde_home_1\SCFMC on the DEPSVR and see what might be causing the issue. Again, you didn't give ANY information besides the screenshot, there might be a ton of possible issues.

this is the logs from appsvr and depsvr i dont know the issue . please help me with this thanks

There's a quite obvious error in the SCFMC logs, try working on that.
