Approval Delegation

Hi,

I'm on version 8.11 web. Can purchase order approval delegation be set up for 2 people at the same time so that any one of the 2 can approve purchase orders ?

Hi Jessica

You can set up an approval route with multiple users at the same approval amount. The User with the lowest address book number will receive the e-mail notification from the system. When delegating you can only delegate from one user to another.

Therefore if you want to delegate from 1 to 2 users.

1) Delegate from user to the one of the new users
2) Add the second user to the approval route at the same approval amount limit

This is from memory and the latest release I have worked on is E810 therefore please test before adding to a live environment.

So the (2)nd step to be done manually. Please any body confirm. So if we have 50 jobs, we need to do this one by one ??
