API Documentation for 8.10

I am trying to find documentation for the APIs in Enterprise One 8.10. I know that some of them used to be in the help directory in Xe, but I can't find them anywhere on the new release or on the Peoplesoft website. Can anyone help?
I specifically want to know how the function JDEQUEUE_API_Active_Queue_Kernel() works, as it is returning different results in the different releases.

Was that API ever publicly documented? I suspect it is not an officially published API i.e. unsupportable by JDE.

JDE really want to dissuade customers from using APIs, especially as many of them will not work on Web servers and many may not be available on 8.11 making upgrades a real headache.
