E9.2 Advanced Pricing - Agreements

(JDE 9.2) It's been a while since I worked with Agreements. Having and issue when my agreement calls a advance pricing adjustment schedule, when the customer master record is tied to a different schedule. The header schedule comes in instead to the schedule tied to the Agreement. If I remove the schedule from the Customer Master it comes in at the detail level correctly. Is this normal or is this a bug? If I try to add the adjustment schedule to the detail line in Check Price, it adds it, but the price reverts back to base price and does not retain the agreement price.

Any ideas?
