Could anyone attach or guide me to get ERP 8.11 Documentation

Hi Kalyan,

You can download them from the PSFT Customer Connection site, on the following way:

Left Panel: Support > Documentation >
Mid Panel: > Documentation Updates

OR

Left Panel: Updates + Fixes > Documentation Updates

... then select "Release" under the Documention "Updates by:" on the right panel.

8.11 Standalone Error \"An Unknown JAS sign in error occured\"

This functional consultant is still working on trying to install 8.11 Standalone. I have got the web sever working but now I have another error. I would like to know if anyon has a solution .

The error is "An unknown JAS sign in error occured. Please contact the System Administrator.

Hi;
We have the same JAS login problem right now; did you found any solution yet? (installed 8.11 , pristine fat client ok in JPS811 and PS811 with user PSFT)

We had a similar problem with standalone. I phoned Oracle and one of their consultants talked me through the processes you need to get running.
