We have been using runube.exe from the command line of our enterprise server for some time with good success. We just started using a third party printing solution that reads the Printer Name field out of the generated pdf, and automatically formats amd prints the report to that printer. This works fine for user submitted jobs from clients, and for runube reports going to the Environment default printer.
I would like to be able to change the printer being used with the runube command, so that I can direct different types of reports to printers in the appropriate department (e.g. Invoices to the Finance dept.). I set this up in the runube parameters - changing the printer name to the printer share defined on the enterprise server (also properly defined in OneWorld Printers).
When the runube job is processing, double-clicking on the job in Submitted Job Search brings you to the Job Maintenance screen which shows the proper printer. But as soon as the job completes, if you then check the Job Maintenance screen, the Printer Name has changed to the server default (which is also the default printer for that environment) any ideas?
Thanks,
