OneWorld B73.3.2/NT4.0/Oracle 8.0.5
Hi Group!
When we create a new address book record, the system creates automatically 3
blank phone number rows. OneWorld creates these lines before we can enter a
phone number.
We need to create an index to eliminate "phone type" duplication, these 3 lines
provide us problems because at the address book record creation, we have 3
"blank" phone types.
Does anybody know why Oneworld does that and how we can resolve the problem,
meaning that OneWorld shouldn't create blank phone type?
Thanks
