Helvetica Font

Dears,

I am trying to use the Helvetica CE font on the designer to enable the display of foreign language chracters (like polish/cz). The problem I am facing is with the texts which are Bold. Using Helvetica CE font does not give the option to use the Bold text format. Any workaround this?
