Dear List,

we recently upgraded tools to 9.2.7 and uncovered that the API jdeGetBaseDirFromJdeIni() does not fetch the Base directory anymore from the INI file.

This is causing issue because we use this API to write files to D:\JDEdwards\E920\PY920\export folder but now it is instead looking for \PY920\export which obviously does not exist as PY920 is not shared.

Has someone else faced this issue?

Thanks,
Soumen

Not directly, but since your problem seems to be related to a custom app, can you put the folder you want to use in a processing option? That is what we alwasy do, it provides good control and it's self documenting.
