Just an FYI, there is a bug in ESU's for 9.1 (at least) where if the ESU contains BSSV objects it may not update the SDSBFARSZ in F98602 file correctly.
I discovered this while going 'fix current'.
Currently your two choices appear to be: 1) Check the BSSV out and back in, I can't get OMW to recognize JDeveloper, OR 2) update the SDSBFARSZ in F98602 via SQL (this is what I did). I am on 9.1.4.4 tools and the most current planner.
Oracle has duplicated the issue, and I will post a follow-up when I get the bug number.
