Hello,
My company is currently conducting a CRM package selection. We have narrowed our shortlist to a small handful of vendors. The CRM system will need to interface to our JDE OneWorld implementation (Financials & Purchasing) as well as to yet-to-be-implemented scheduling and operations systems (custom and/or off-the shelf).
In support of our efforts to narrow the field to two finalists, I'm seeking input from JDE users who have had experience with any of the following vendors: Siebel, Onyx, Pivotal, and Clarify. I would greatly appreciate any feedback (positive or negative) particularly with regards to the following topics:
- Implementation process (how many people required, how long, how difficult)
- Integration with JDE OneWorld (integration/middleware tools, difficulty, time to benefit)
- Robustness / scaleability
- Application deivery (success with/barriers to using thin client/Citrix, especially to overseas sites)
- Vendor support (responsiveness, ability/time to resolve issues, quality assurance)
- Software upgrade/bug-fix process (relative to JDE's ESU process, for instance)
Thanks very much,
Stuart Cole
