APPL acts differently from menu vs IV

We encountered a weird behavior in OneWorld (ERP 8, SP 19.1, SQL) today.
The sequence of the grid on P512000 showed differently when being started from MENU vs from IV.

The same version and the same PO settings were used but only the one started from IV worked correctly.

Any idea? Please advise. Thank you!

I seem to remember a thread that stated that when you are using IV it always calls the XJE.... version even though you are selecting a different version.

I don't think any language overrides come into play when you run from IV so if the grid format was done under a specific language then this sequencing/format won't be applied.

Is there a customized grid/format? I would delete them all, re-execute P512000, see what happens, and ... let the List know about ti.

Yes, there are some custom formats. However, I do not think that matters.
The format setting in PO is STANDARD. We got different data squence in the grid on the entry form (W512000A) after entering a specific Job by excuting the same version of P512000
1. from IV, P512000, highlight the version, and click on the Run button on the Exitbar. It sorted correctly (by Job Code then Job Type).
2. from the Menu and double-click on the menu item. It sorted wrong (by Job Type then Job Code).

The STANDARD format uses the squence setting = <blank> in the Options tab, which is supposed to sort the data by Job Code then Job Type.

We also have security setting for the application. We only let the user to blind execute(run) the application. The user cannot get Prompt for values or Prompt for versions.
