We are having problems on the web when the client voids vouchers. First they void the cheque then post the void cheque batch. Next they void the voucher then post the voided voucher batch. Everything seems to work fine but sometimes the web seems to hang while A/P is voiding a voucher and this causes a problem with the data not updating properly so ITS has to go in and fix the extry. Has anyone else encountered this problem on the web. It always seems to happen during check-run day when we are in a crunch to get work done. Web gets busy and then we have problems entering our voids. The void seems to update fine but the system just seems slow. When we go to look at the voided voucher it does not always update properly. Has anyone else experienced this problem on the web? If so what did you do to correct the problem?
