Situation:
Several customers have from 10 to 250 individual ship to addresses. It would be convenient to be able to set these up tied to a specific customer address.

Assumption:
I have to set up each and every individual ship to address in the address book.

Question:
Is there anyway to set up a "pull down" menu of related address for a specific customer.

Hi Dan,

You probably should set up every ship to address in the address book.

When entering an order, try just entering the name, not the number, in the
Ship To field. When you tab out of it, a list of all addresses with that
name will pop up.

This only works in OneWorld, not World.

PS. You do have all the ship tos pointing to the bill to, so that you only
enter the ship to address, correct? If not I can help you with that, too.

Re: RE: related addresses

Hi Andy,
How's the Colorado weather?

Well I guess that is part of my questions, how do I tie a ship-to addresses to the sold-to address, if different? We have been entering the sold to address on orders and letting the ship-to default in.

Thanks,
Dan

RE: RE: related addresses

Its warming up. One day it snows the next its bright and melting. Good
golf weather down in town.

I would think you would want to enter the Ship to and let the system default
in the Sold to automatically. That's the best way to handle multiple ship
tos.

I'll send you some documentation on how to do this, I just wrote it up for a
class I'm doing the other day.
