I have a problem where the commision values are wrongly captured after the sales update

Can some one tell me what can be the reason and how to solve this?

A more detailed explanation of the problem would be helpful. There are some processing options related to commissions on the R42800.

The sales order is still at acknowledgement stage.

But for this particular order alone, we do not want the sales person to receive commission.
