Buy 2 Get 1 Free

My client wants to use the Free Good functionality for a new promotion [Buy 2 Get 1 Free] however the Customer can buy 3 different items with different price and E1 needs identify as a Free item the one with low price. Also they want to book the 2 dls in the account assigned in 4270.

Exp.
Item 1 - 5dls
ITem 2 - 2dls - Free Good
Item 3 - 3dls

I did many test using Free goods functionality using separare line, Net Down Price and Net DOwn quantity and I can not find the solution.

What I suggested is to create an simple Adjustment with a X percent to create a record in F4074 for each item and create a custom program to do the correct calculation [Those records are coming thru EDI and they know in advance the correct percentage].
But they are looking for a E1 Solution!

Can anyone please help out?

Are you saying that sometimes Item 3 is going to cost less than item 2?
For example, a different scenario may be

Exp.
Item 1 - 5dls
ITem 2 - 4dls
Item 3 - 3dls - Free Good
Or
Item 1 - 2dls - Free Good
Item 2 - 3dls
Item 3 - 4dls
