DST issues in 8.12

Hello all,

We are currently upgrading to 8.12. We are having an issue with setting up DST rules. When we click Add, and start to enter the information, the start year shows in red, and the error mentions entering a valid filename! Any ideas?

Take a look at JK14530, the tools baseline ESU for 8.12 (also included in Update 3). It has SAR 8414822 which has special instructions about generating the tables necessary for the new DST rules.
