I need to add New application to xxx role, how do i add the same to this role, how do i check previous applicaitons in this role...

Pls help me out on this,

P00950 is the Security Workbench for reviewing or even adding Application access to a ROLE.
Is that what you are after?

I need to add give access to the existing application to user and how do i check that what all applications as user is having access under user menu..

You can still do this using both P00950 and P95921. Or, are you wanting to see the menu filtering by role? If so, you can use the report R90351 - Job Role to Task Relationships.
