OT,messages-through-MRP

Folks,
How OT messages can be generated through MRP.In what scenrio it will generate.

Used when you have inter branch plant relationship set up
After running of multiplant MRP/DRP R3483, OT messages will appear in the supply side of the supply plant and the demand side of the demand plant – these are the same messages, but can be viewed either way. After processing an OT message from either the supply or demand plant, you will create an OT in the demand plant (purchase order and has a record in the F4311), and an ST in the supply plant (transfer order in the F4211).

Isit possible 'OT' only through MRP(Generation Type -'5') without F3403(but through item supplier relation)?
