AR Due Date for non stock line type not aging

Can anyone tell me what program writes the F0311?
The due dates are not aging for the line types 'F' and 'OA' only the 'S' stock items.
Or could it be a set up for the line types?

Sales update program will update the F0311. That would be the
P42800. Could be a line type set up. You may be better off at this
point contacting JDE/Oracle support for assistance. Pretty hard to try
and debug a problem like this via emails. You would have to provide
specific examples of data on both the sales side and the accounts
receivable side to give us some clue as to what you are even talking
about.
