R76560B - Print Nota Fiscal - Sales - Brazil - Print Error

Hi. I am using the E811 SP1 version and I am with problems to print UBE R76560B (Print Nota Fiscal - Sales - Brazil) to printer. The first problem is that, when I submit an impression (to printer) in environment WEB, the job is not submitted, but when I submit for a Fat Client, the impression occurs normally, however, some characters are not printed matters. The space character it is not leaving, the information are together, for example: the string "Jose Ricardo fernandes" is printed "JoseRicardoFernandes". Somebody already passed for this problem or has some tip in as to help me? Tahks.
