Message Log Purge - Message Status?

The demo version of the Message Log Purge (P01131) selects messages with a status of 'B'.

In the Data Dictionary only values '1' - '5' are valid (Glossary / UDC).

Is there a process that sets the value to 'B' to indicate the message is ready for purging, or am I just looking at inconsistencies between P01131 and DD?
