Cathy,

We are on A8.1 so I'm not sure if it works the same way, but in the CASE profile for each programmer, we changed the SAR Number to *NONE. Then it quit asking us for a SAR number each time.

Go to menu G92 Optioin 6. inquire on your user ID in the SAR Delivery Type put *none

you may also want to fill in the other fields that are used there for
default information

Menu G92 option 6 for case profiles.
Under SAR Options, set SAR delivery Type to *NONE.
