RE: limit branch/plant by order type
If you are already not using next order status preference profiles.
* You could set it up with a hierarchy of all items all customers
* Set up the correct preferences for a combination of =
branch/plants
and order types to take new order lines to existing, legitimate last & =
next
order statuses as per order activity rules
* Then set up some more preferences to take the un-wanted =
branch/plant
& order type combinations to "illegitimate" last & next order statuses =
that
do not exist in the order activity rules
* Haven't tried this, but it should give the user a "hard" error =
in
sales order entry.
