When I set up Item Profile,There are three locations which need to set up.But the help document really confuse me.
What's difference between Overflow Location and Holding Location?
As
to varience location,the help document say that "You do this through
Change/Split Suggestion during putaway confirmation,Where you enter a quantity that is smaller than the suggested quantity,and confirm with a variance to the
suggested quantity".What dose the "variance" means?
For example,If I want to put 10 disc in a location,but the suggested quantity is 5.Then after I confirm,how many disc are store in varience location?
As to Holding Location,if I want to store 15 disc,then what will happen in Holding location?
