Uninstall ASU

Hi all,
I have installed ASU in planner environment. When i started to apply to DV it ended in errors. Now JDE says that shipment CD is not correct and asked me to uninstall the ASU i have applied and reapply with correct CD.

a.would update uninstall do fine? ( hope this meant for only deployment server).
b. for DV environment should i restore my DD , Central objects, DV folder in enterprise server also.?

Could anyone help me out.

Hi Sathya,

Considering you are going to install the same ASU
1) Update uninstall is ok.
2) As the ASU was not installed in the DV environment, you don't need to bother about the DD, central objects etc.

The ASU ended with errors in table and index creation in DV envrionment and has created dd items, tables ( not all )..
so is it still advicable not to restore CO , DD..

Hi Sathya,

As I said, if you are going to reapply the ASU which would contain the same set of objects - it should not be any issue. I beleive you can just go ahead and reapply the ASU.
