Copy and Cancel Purchase Orders

I need to find the best way to copy a group of Purchase Orders to a new PO and then Cancel all the lines all the old
Purchase Orders.

The Idea is to have a new PO with all the lines of the Old Purchase order, and discard the old lines.

I dont know which BSFN will help me with this.
