installation of planner ESU JD13750

HELLO
after installation of JD13750 we can't view the rows corresponding at installed ESUS in P96470(work with software update application)in JDEPLAN
however we can view them in DEP7333
after i have copied rows from B7333 database in SQL to JDEB7.MDB locallly in planner pathcode.
now when i access to JDEPLAN i can view the rows corresponding to ESUS installed but in process of applicating ESUS after selecting environnements where i want install ESUS in spec merge step i have an error and the process stops without any result.

upgrading to XE + SP18 + SQL 7.0 + NT4.0 and SP6.a

This planner esu was recalled by JDE on Friday 3/8/02 but according to them it only causes problems if your upgrading to Xe.

I had issues immediately with JD13750. What I ended up finding out
through JDE and my own troubleshooting was that the 'net change'
function did not work on this esu for some reason. I ended up
copying/pasting .c,.h,.obj files from the ESU into the planner pathcode
on the deployment server. I have not had to perform any table
conversions (yet) so I cannot comment on that. Even though I have this
new planner ESU working now, I will deploy the new one once it is
released since we are planning on going to update4 and/or version 2
later this summer and I want to make sure we are on the newest planner
from JDE.
What really urks me on this is that speaking with JDE, they
acknowledged the issue, knew it was a problem, yet continues to keep the
ESU up and not recall it for a good week or two afterwards. Grrrr...

the problem is not only for JD13750.
when i have installed executable JD12860 i can't view the corresponding ESU in software application update.

but by coping application software detail rows between SQL database and jdeb7.mdb database i can view the row showing the ESU installation but when i launch installation in P96470 application the process stops in spec merge step.

why?

We had a problem with Full Package builds after installing this ESU. There is another ESU 14072 which you need to apply on top of 13750 if you ahve package build problems


OneWorld Xe Sp16_018, W2k, W2K TSE, SQL 2K on Compaq Proliant.

We experienced a problem with CWRKFLOW and B98800N not compiling. The
ESU JD14072 is suppossed to correct this. gm.

ENT: AS400 V4R5 OW Xe SP16.1
DEP: NT 6a SQL 7 SP3
JAS: Win2000

You do not need a SAR just go to the update center but the SAR# is
5790013.
