OneWorld Password Restrictions

We have been trying to find out what the restrictions on passwords are in One World, it appears that the minimum length is 6 characters and you can not reuse previous password(s). Does anyone know where the restrictions are applied and what they actually are?

I do know if you are considering Unified Logon and have an AS/400 as your enterprise server you will be limited to a maximum of 10 characters.
