JDE with LDAP

Hi.I have a problem with configuring ldap (MS active directory) and JD Edwards. Configured everything according to "JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Security Administration Guide"
But the security server in the log server error:'SYS: Security Server returned error: eSecSystemFailure: Security kernel encountered system problem! Please talk to a OneWorld Administrator
Failed to validate user JDE by password
Failed to complete Security check by Pwd'

Can you help to solve the problem?
