ESU Special Instructions

Hi All,

I have one doubt regarding ESU applications. I have seen all the ESUs have .exe files which we run and that brings in objects of that ESU to the Deployment Server File system. After the successful execution of .exe file Do we need to perform both the special instructions shipped with ESU and Applying the ESU from "Work with Software Updates" form (Form No. W96470A Application No. P96470).

Or is it like if I apply ESU from "Work with Software Updates" form (Form No. W96470A Application No. P96470) it does the job of special instructions shipped with ESU. Please clarify.

Hi.

First you apply the esu from "Work with Software Updates" form (Form No. W96470A Application No. P96470)

then you apply special instructions after or before building and deploying the package as stated in each special instruction
