21 CFR via Web Client

We're implementing 21CFR and we were able to setup/configure and test in DV environment with no problems. When accessed via Web client, the audited fields create records Before and After (as in a fat client) but the userID saved on CFRUSER field on table Axxxxx is our System User ID instead of the actual user who made the changes to the record. We copied the audited tables from DV to JDV but it still considers as 3rd party by the DB. Does anyone know how to configure 21CFR/Audit so the user ID is saved correctly?
