UBE\'s failing (R42565 and R31410)

We've been having some problems for the past week with MRP (R3482) running, so yesterday we redeployed our current Production server package to our enterprise server, and rebooted our enterprise server. Today, we are having problems with 2 UBE's that we run every day. SO Invoicing (R42565) is running, but generating only a blank page, while WO Processing (R31410) doesn't appear to be running at all. R31410 itself doesn't create a PDF file, but it normally calls R31415, which does, and we're not getting any R31415 PDF's.

Hi,

After stopping JDE services, have you deleted the
dddict.*, ddtext.* and glbltbl.* files for every
pathcode installed on your Enterprise Server?
I also take a look at /tmp folder and purge every file
that looks as part of jde stuff (they all have the
jde service owner).
Of course, you can take the prudent path and don't delete
these files, just store them away in some backup folder.

We did a couple things to help resolve the problem so far.

First, my colleague Larry Jones found over 32,000 files in the C:\Documents and Settings\JDE\Local Settings\Temp directory on our Enterprise server. We purged old files out of this directory, and will add this directory to our periodic purge routines.

We also built update packages with R42565 and R31410 (and R3482) in them, and deployed them to the Enterprise server, and those seem to be running ok now.

We still are having a few side issues, but at least batch jobs are now running (keeping fingers crossed).
