Enterprise server doesn't run UBE Batch???Help!!!

Enterprise server doesn\'t run UBE Batch???Help!!!

I submit a batch job to enterprise server, but it is not ran on the enterprise server, the job's status is 'W'.why??

Check if ube queue where ube was submitted was correctly defined on jde and on enterprise server jde.ini, also check
if psft service was up fine otherwise, stop psft service
on enterprise server, kill zombie jde*.exe processes and
start psft service again

sorry,I don't find psft service on the enterprise server,and the jde.ini setting is correct. I want to know what is the 'psft service'?
