Page Footer Not Visible when exported to CSV

Currently I am working on a customized sales report called the PCA report, our client prefered that their report must be outputed in PDF and in excel form. There is no problem in my report when it was outputed in PDF but when in excel form the page footer is not visible is there a workaround in this problem??
