Roadmap to Workflow setup

Hi to everyone,

We are installing/configuring EntepriseOne 8.11 workflow for the first time, can anybody provide a roadmap or direction, the documentation we have is not comprehensive.

Make sure you get current documentation specifically for 8.11. A major change with 8.11 that I have seen very little discussion about is the "deprecation" (their word) of recipient rules. This changes the way messages are routed through the workflow. See SAR 7377855. There are other SARs referencing this deprecation for other modules, but this is the one that explains why legacy workflows stopped working in EAM as of tools release 8.94.
