JDE Password Change

Since SP22t1 I applied to my sytem, whenever i try to change the password of JDE syetem, it reset the user password to their USER-ID. I'm now in SP23K1. The same problem still continues. Any alternative? or Solution? Pls help me.

Xe, SP23K1, V5R2, W2K, Citrx FR2, WAS4.
