JDE Interoperability Class-/I-Way Adapter

Tow part question --1) class information 2) I-way information


1). Anyone know if this class (JDE Interoperability) is still being offered. Can't seem to locate it anywhere..

2) I-Way error we are receiving
--System.Exception:
com.ibi.adapters.AdapterException :
Failed to run J.D. Edwards Request:
com.jdedwards.system.net.JdeNetTimeoutException

I-way responds to the above error telling us our JDE Server is down-- which it is not..

They tell us to look in the logs.. however there are no logs. The interop.ini file indicates the log files should be on the root of the biztalk server... NO Logs can be found.. where do we find where i-way is looking for these logs... ???


Really can't find anyone (support wise ) who can help us through this (they basically read straight from the JDE interoperability guide).. Need to educate ourselves in this area-- and yes we ourselves have read the interoperability guide..

Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Anjie,

I have been trying to run dynamic java connector in my environment, ofcourse unsuccessful. I can help you set up them in your environment. I am sure it will work as I can see you are on XE environment. As we are struggling with the same issue, we can share our knowledge and go forward.
