EO810 : Cannot install JDENET Service

Hello everybody,

I try to install a new NT Enterprise Server for an 8.10 platform and I cannot install JDENET service.
No log file is created in the Log drectory.
I have some messages in the Event Viewer :
The description for Event ID ( 100 ) in Source ( PSFT E810 B9 Network ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: PSFT E810 B9 Network.

Has anybody already seen this error ?
Have you any idea to solve this issue ?

Just to check, but the user that is logged in on the console has administrative rights, correct?

Also, you are doing this on the console, correct?

I have solved my problem. There were 2 reasons :
- Environment variables were not correctly set up by the installation program (Path and JDE_B9_ICU_Data)
- I have defined a different port for my Enterprise Server and the new Batch Server
