Fatal: relocation error

Please assist. Has anyone seen this error before? We have upgraded
servers from Sun V880 to Sun V890 and SUN Os from Solaris 8 to Solaris
9. Oracle database startup successful but JDE RunOneWorld.sh displays
above error. No JDE services have started.
