PO Approval Goes To Wrong PO

Sometimes, on Citrix, when an approver has several PO's to approve, they open the email and click on the attachment and it takes them straight into the correct PO. This works OK for a few and then, for some reason, the next one just keeps taking them back into one they previously approved. The only way to clear this is to close out of OneWorld and go in again on a new session.

Has anyone seen this before? If so, how did you fix it?
