Customer Licensed CPU/SPC

On the Customer Connection website, KG cross reference page, third topic down under New Navigation Path it reads:

"Please call your local PeopleSoft Global Support Services office before the end of October 2004 make an appointment to switch your code to the new 15-year license code. Direct access to the current codes will be available through: Support > Online Support > Knowledge Garden Self-Service Support Tools"

Does anyone know what this is all about? If you go to the links provided there is no additional information except for how to contact GSS.

Following is the reply I received from PeopleSoft:

Not sure why the response from PeopleSoft was not posted, but here is what I
was told - "At this time, the 15 year licensing codes are not being given
out - this has been pushed back to later on in the year."
