SP22W1

Hi All,
Currently I am trying install SP22_W1. When I double click setup.exe to install the client SP22W1 on the deployment server, I get this error:

The Following OneWorld processes is running:

Setup.exe: E:\JDEdwardsOneWorld\B7333\Downloaded Service Packs\ClientSP22W1\SP22_W1_Client\setup.exe

These must be closed before continuing with the install.

I have rebooted the deployment server and made sure no process of this name runs before double clicking setup.exe.
Do you have any suggestions?

The setup program cannot be executed within the E:\JDEdwardsOneWorld\B7333\ directory structure. Move the setup program to E:\JDEdwardsOneWorld\SP22_W1_Client\setup.exe and you should be good to go.

we are planning to install SP22W1 too, thanks for starting this thread. we are coming out of SP20_L1 and I want to know if I have to install the base SP22 before I can install SP22_W1... I just forgot how I did it when we installed SP20_L1
