ECS-download IBM PTF

List, I am trying to download PTF SI13910 for V5R2 via ECS. It appears to be very big (1.6) but does attempt to download instead of IBM sending me media. We get about 6 ptf's and then the job just "tanks" and we get an O/S 400 message saying job timed out, change to timeout value!

Does anybody have any idea what this value is and how it gets changed? Think it might be something else. I have tried deleting the *savf's and starting over but the job will not finish.

With V5R2, IBm really wants you to start using the Web download - iPTF's. go to this website: http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/support/iseries/ and click on Fix Central. There are instructions on the Information Center on how to apply these PTF's.
